My children and I had a wonderful time! They were so excited to experience Chinese history through this lens. The experience was fun, engaging and informative.

Absolutely LOVED our visit today. It was far beyond what we even expected. The staff were lovely and attentive from the start. We chose the Aladdin experience and it was amazing. The interactive parts were fantastic. We are planning a visit back very soon to do another one. Definitely recommend!

Walking on the moon experience was amazing interactive and extremely realistic staff were great very helpful and informative and could not do enough if you are ever in Trafford Centre give it a go you will not be disappointed

Went today with my partner to do the Moon walk experience.Didnt know what to expect but was brilliant from start to finish.Hadnt really used a vr before but was so easy and straightforward and the experience was so realistic and exceeded my expectations.I felt like i was properly on the moon and the views were fantastic.Will definitely come back with the grandkids to do the Alice in Wonderland and Aladdin experience

I had an amazing time!!! I chose the moon landing experience!! And oh my word... I can't even explain! It was AMAZING!!! You had times of all these different emotions!!! And I tell you now its characters and features were fantastic! If you want to be shocked I suggest you go there!!! Where it takes you is a whole new adventure!

P.S. The lady who assisted me was amazing, she was so lovely and was really in character with the game I was about to play! She was so helpful and joyous!!!

We took our 6yr old granddaughter to see Alice in Wonderland at the Immersia XR, Trafford Centre. It was absolutely fab. We loved the experience, and our granddaughter thought it was really cool and wanted to go straight back in again after our session had finished. To be honest, I did, too. The graphics were just amazing.
I think we'll try to see the Arabian nights before the event finishes.
I think it's also one of those experiences you appreciate even more the second time around.
The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Hidden Gem at the Trafford Centre!
It was purely by accident that I stumbled upon the new adventure XR experience while on a shopping trip at the Trafford Centre â€” and Iâ€™m so glad I did! It turned out to be a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team working there are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their customer service was effortless and top-notch.

A special touch that made my visit even nicer â€” I was offered a free can of Diet Coke! I hadnâ€™t had a chance to stop for refreshments during my shopping trip, so it was very much appreciated.

I chose the Alice in Wonderland experience, as itâ€™s one of my childhood favourites, and it brought back a real sense of nostalgia. The visuals were absolutely stunning â€” I felt totally immersed, and honestly, it overwhelmed me in the best way.

Iâ€™d highly recommend this to anyone â€” whether youâ€™re into immersive experiences or just looking for something new and magical to try. Iâ€™ll definitely be returning with friends to explore another film journey.

Absolutely amazing experience. Flew to the moon and back in 30 mins. Learnt a-lot and felt like I was LITERALLY on the moon. The amount of times I wanted to take a picture of the view and then realising I had a headset just emphasises how immersive it is. The owner is such a kind person. Thank you for the experience!!!

So much fun! We came on my daughter's 8th birthday and it was the best part or her day! We did the Alice in Wonderland theme and the girls (and us) absolutely loved it!

We werenâ€™t sure at first how this would work. We picked the moon landing one. The place was huge and really open.

The staff were friendly and inviting.

We put on our headsets and descended down to the moon.

It was so fun! You can see the people you are with (in a blue form) so you donâ€™t bump into each other. Itâ€™s amazing how it takes you on this journey but you are actually just in a small space.

You interact with your surroundings and press buttons etc.

We didnâ€™t stop laughing and talking. It was great fun!

My 7 year old son didnâ€™t want to leave!

Wow....honestly, this was next level. I didnâ€™t really know what to expect, but it completely blew me away. Itâ€™s not like anything Iâ€™ve done before. I tried the Moon Landing experience and it actually felt like I was walking on the Moon, the headset, the sounds, the visuals... it was all so real. I could move around freely and interact with things. It was wild.The whole place is designed beautifully too like stepping into a movie set. You can tell the team behind this have really put their heart into it. Already planning to go back for the Wonderland one next time. 10/10 day out!

Really loved this. Me and my 12 year old daughter did the Alice in Wonderland experience on 6th April.
The venue has been nicely decorated to reflect the experiences. The staff were all really smiley, friendly and helpful.
The VR experience was really magical. It lasted about 30 mins which was the perfect length, it was interactive and genuinely beautiful.
A really great hour for a good price.

Had seen a news story about this place opening and was walking by and an employee asked if weâ€™d like to experience it, took a little while for them to get the head sets set up, but they put our bags in cloakroom while waiting, and then we were invited onto the floor and had a safety brief before donning the headsets, the graphics on the Moon Landing VR was amazing (1 of 3 you can choose from) and lasted for 30-35 mins. For a good hour or so afterwards I struggled with my depth perception, felt like I was still in the VR world ðŸ¤£. Would definitely go back and try the other ones.
